Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish born and bred singer. Her birth date was the 25th of December in 1954, at Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 70s, where she learned the flute piano as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. She was able to survive on a student salary and part-time work to supplement her budget. Lennox believed that her abilities were inferior to those of those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other paths she could take. Lennox was a flute player in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. However she left prior to the group's appearance to I.T.V.s talent contest New Faces. The singer was lead vocalist in The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977-1980. Here she met Dave Stewart who would later form Eurythmics. Lennox was later able to release her first solo album Diva. This came out in 1992. It was an enormous hit with regard to selling and critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in the month of November. The C.D. Lennox chose her favourite blues and soul tracks. Lepidoptera, a collection four piano improvisations was published by Lennox in the month of May, 2019. This E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album, which was released in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art with the title "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox (born December 25 1955) is an artist from Scotland. Scottish political activist and singer. The latter part of the 70s was when she achieved minor fame as part of The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox's 1992 debut album Diva was a huge success, featuring a variety of songs like Why, the World is Broken Glass. Medusa is a studio album, features cover versions of popular tracks like No MoreI Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. She is credited with six studio albums solo and one compilation.
